Graceful Life Coaching provides:
One-on-one life coaching

An online shop for digital and physical products
All coaching and healing sessions are designed for personal growth and support and are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance via our website or scheduling tool.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be non-refundable.
Packages or memberships are non-transferable and may have specific expiration dates, which will be communicated upon purchase.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
Prices are listed in Euros (or specify your currency).
Refunds are only available as per our Cancellation Policy or where otherwise clearly stated.
For shop items: Digital downloads are non-refundable. Physical items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
