Relating with Wealth – Suffering State or Beautiful State
Wealth Consciousness Sadhana
- Sit in a comfortable posture with your spine erect
- Close your eyes
- Bring your attention to your breath
- Inhale through your nose & Exhale through your mouth
- Take 7 Conscious Breaths this way
- Look and see – From what emotion are you relating to the wealth that you’re seeking
- Is it: Fear, Anger, Unworthy feeling, Jealousy, Frustration?
- Bring attention to the truth
- Gently Place both your palms on your chest
- Ask your divine to dissolve that negative emotion you hold in relating to the wealth you are wanting
- Now, gently bring your awareness in front of your closed eyes
- Visualize the abundance you want as a Golden Being
- Since your Inner state is transformed to that of love or compassion – relate to the wealth you want from this beautiful state and from a feeling of connection and love
- Visualize and see that when abundance happens to you
- how you would connect to the world and share
- How it would bring about a beautiful state in your life and everyone around you
- Feel the joy of it – how your life would be when you acquire the wealth the relate to the wealth from these wonderful feelings
- Connect to the Presence within you
- Express Gratitude for giving that kind of life with abundance
- Take a deep breath and as you are exhaling relax your hands
- Take one more deep breath – as you are exhaling bring a gentle smile on your face
- Take one more deep breath – as you are exhaling – gently open your eyes
