How to Create a State of Peace Fast
5 easy steps to create a state of peace for yourself in 3 minutes.
When you feel exhausted after thinking this that so much, when you have intensive emotions, anger, hurt, jealousy, fear… What would you do? Escape it by doing other things (watch TV, eat, read, play games, go shopping …) ? Or hope it will be over automatically? You know by heart it wouldn’t be over.
Here is the meditation can quickly help you switch from the suffering state to a peaceful sate.You may practise anytime anyplace.
5 Steps to Create a State of Peace
- Sit still and close your Eyes
- Take 3 conscious breaths. when inhale, know you are inhaling; when you exhale, know you are exhaling now.
- To exactly Identify and Recognise the emotion that is rising within you, is it anger, fear, sad, hurt? Or is it joy, love, connection, trust or peace?
- Observe your mind, is your mind obsessing about the past, or is your mind obsessing about the future, or is your mind staying with the present? What state of the mind?
- Visualise a candle flame burning in the centre of the skull, just see it’s burn.
In the end, you will experience a beautiful state of calm and a beautiful state of peace.

Chinese Version 平静头脑静心法
第一步:坐直,闭眼。
第二步:带着全让的专注力,做3个有意识地深呼吸。当你吸气时,想着你正在吸气;当吐气时,只是想着你正在吐气。
第三步:观察你的状态,直到定位你的情绪状态…… 是愤怒,恐惧,悲伤,怀疑?还是喜悦、爱、感恩、平静、信任或者和平?请不要试图改变或者干扰真相,只是去观察。
第四步:观察你思绪的流向……是执迷于失去的过去,还是在投射未來可能的失去?或者是你此刻就在当下?不要強迫自己把注意力带到当下,只是去观察思绪流向的真相。
第五步:想象有一朵小小的火焰在你的眉心,看着这朵火焰移动到头部的中心,看着火焰就浮动在这个空无里。
